About Our Food
Our food is freshly prepared onsite using ethically-sourced ingredients; like our Red Tractor farm-assured chicken, our responsibly-fished cod and haddock and the langoustine tails in our golden Whitby scampi that are fished in UK waters.
We believe that restaurant-style dining doesn’t have to be restricted to a formal atmosphere. That’s why you’ll find fine British pub food on our menu, elevated by the use of excellent ingredients and unusual sides. At a Marston’s Rotisserie pub, you’ll get quality renditions of the best pies, burgers, steaks and curries as well as our signature rotisserie chicken.
